Alebor Group to Acquire Latagroinvest with a Land Bank of 6,000 Hectares in Central Ukraine

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has approved the acquisition of the agricultural enterprise Latagroinvest by the breeding plant Ukraine, which is part of the Alebor Group. This company was recently a part of the Agroprosperis agricultural holding, whose main investor is the American multinational group NCH Capital.

Details of the Deal and Its Significance for the Market

According to expert estimates, the value of this deal may exceed 10 million US dollars. The owner of Alebor Group is Oleksiy Kustov, who is also the ultimate beneficiary of the breeding plant Ukraine. Acquiring such an asset significantly strengthens Alebor Group’s position in the agricultural market in the central part of the country.

Features of the Acquired Asset

Latagroinvest manages 6,050 hectares of agricultural land located in the Cherkasy and Vinnytsia regions. The main specialization of the enterprise is the cultivation of grain and industrial crops. This asset is considered one of the key ones for Agroprosperis in the central region of Ukraine, where there is significant competition for fertile land and logistical advantages.

Latagroinvest manages 6,050 hectares of agricultural land in the Cherkasy and Vinnytsia regions and specializes in the cultivation of grain and industrial crops.

The Alebor Group already has extensive land resources in Kyiv, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, and other regions of Ukraine. Additionally, the company is actively developing its elevator business, which allows it to enhance logistical capabilities and ensure effective storage and transportation of agricultural products.
