The “Epicenter K” group has announced the start of agricultural trading in July 2025. The company plans to use its elevators not only for storage but also for transshipment and procurement of grain crops. This opens up new opportunities for the development of the agricultural sector and increasing grain trading volumes.

Elevator Hub and Logistical Advantages
The “Epicenter K” elevator hub can simultaneously store up to 1.8 million tons of grain. Despite the fact that last season the capacities were underutilized and significant climate changes were observed, the company has no intention of reducing its capacities. The head of the agricultural sector, Svitlana Nikityuk, emphasized that the geographical location of the elevators in Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, and Kyiv regions is a strategic advantage for the company.
“If our elevators were in the Odesa region, then yes, they would lose their relevance and we would have to sell them, because today port terminals are ready to offer the entire range of linear elevators. However, our elevators are located in Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, and Kyiv regions, so we are not even thinking about selling,” said Nikityuk.
Prospects for Expanding the Land Bank
The “Epicenter K” land bank remained stable during the 2023-2024 period and accounted for about 168 thousand hectares. However, the company is considering the possibility of further increasing it, especially in Khmelnytskyi and Vinnytsia regions, where it is already actively operating. Thus, the group intends to strengthen its position in the agricultural market and enhance competitiveness in the industry.
