A modern shopping center, EVELINA MALL, will soon appear in the city of Berdychiv in the Zhytomyr region, covering an area of over 8,000 square meters. The new shopping center will feature clothing, electronics, cosmetics, children’s goods stores, a pharmacy, a supermarket, and a restaurant. This will mark an important stage in the development of local infrastructure and create new opportunities for residents and businesses.

Brand Expansion in the Rivne Shopping and Entertainment Center
The “Zlata Plaza” shopping and entertainment center in Rivne, with a total area of 17,600 square meters, is actively expanding its range of brands. Recently, an exclusive accessory store, Katy Soho, opened here, catering specifically to the region. The beauty segment has been enriched with the multi-brand cosmetics store Pinky, as well as the jewelry boutique Love You. Among other new outlets are clothing stores Pink House and Nasha, along with the planned opening of an IQOS branded store. At the same time, existing tenants, including Sova, Scandal, “Golden Country,” and “Nova Poshta,” have updated their formats.
Increase in Offerings at the Izmail Shopping Center
In Izmail, Odessa region, the new Pokrovsky shopping center, covering an area of 5,300 square meters, has opened the city’s first store for shoes and accessories from the Polish chain CCC. The new store spans 401 square meters and is already the 18th location of the CCC brand in Ukraine. Additionally, there are plans to open the first Worldbox clothing store in Ukraine at this shopping center soon.
Stores for clothing, electronics, cosmetics, children’s products, as well as a pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurant are planned to open in the shopping center.
