The State Property Fund has announced the sale of a nearly completed flour mill complex located in the Boryspil district of Kyiv region. The complex is 89% complete and is being auctioned with a starting price of ₴13.83 million. The bidding will take place on December 24.

Characteristics of the Flour Milling Enterprise
The total area of the production facilities of the complex is about 688 square meters. The property includes main production and auxiliary buildings, equipped with modern engineering communications. The complex consists of a mill with an area of 263 square meters, a weighing station, a grain dryer, a grain cleaning separator, and equipment for unloading finished flour.
Sale of Land Plot in Lviv
The Lviv City Council has developed a draft resolution regarding the sale of a land plot for future construction of a shopping center. This concerns a plot of 0.1434 hectares in the Sykhiv district of the city, which is in communal ownership and currently has no buildings. The value of this land plot is set at ₴4.3 million.
The facility is equipped with main production and auxiliary structures, as well as necessary engineering communications.
