Last week, the State Property Fund of Ukraine conducted 12 successful privatization auctions, generating revenues of 120.49 million UAH for the state budget. The largest share of funds came from the sale of three facilities in the southern regions of the country.

Key Deals in Southern Ukraine
Among the most significant lots was the children’s health center “Young Ship Repairman” in the city of Odesa, which was sold for 70 million UAH. Significant amounts were also generated from the sale of the “Odesa State Design Bureau of Film Equipment” (33.5 million UAH) and the “Southern Research and Design Institute for the Development of the Fishing Fleet” in Mykolaiv (8 million UAH).
New Auctions and Sale of the Rivne Radio Plant
This week, the SPFU plans to hold another 20 privatization auctions. Among the objects being auctioned are “Naftokhimik Prykarpattia” and the “Slavutytsia Plant ‘Budfarfor'”.
On Tuesday, an auction was held for the sale of the “Rivne Radio Technical Plant”. The winner was the company “UT Evolution”, which offered over 30.99 million UAH. It is known that the company specializes in the production of aircraft and spacecraft, electronic components, computers, and peripheral equipment.
“Rivne Radio Plant” was built between 1982 and 1986 and manufactured special-purpose equipment for the defense industry of the USSR. In 1989, it began producing radio equipment, and after Ukraine gained independence, it transitioned to the production of consumer goods. The plant has been inactive since 2013.
