According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, this peace plan places significant emphasis on improving the quality of life for citizens, the return of Ukrainian refugees to their homeland, the growth of GDP per capita, and the creation of new jobs. Security guarantees, expanding access to international markets, and the process of approaching membership in the European Union are also being considered separately. A particular focus is placed on strategies aimed at ensuring the macroeconomic stability of the state.

“There are expectations regarding life expectancy, the return of refugees, GDP per capita, and new jobs. There are also security guarantees, access to markets, and EU membership. We have goals and strategies for macroeconomic stability,” the president noted.
