New Industrial Park Projects in Various Regions

One example of such cooperation is the Nosivka City Council in Chernihiv Oblast, which has signed an agreement with the company “Teplichne” regarding the creation and development of the industrial park “Nosivski Hospodarstva”. On an area of 14 hectares, the construction of a production facility for making jams and compotes is planned.

In the city of Uman in Cherkasy Oblast, the company DK-Industrial presented a project for the creation of the “Agro-Innovation Hub” park. It is expected that the park will cover approximately 23 hectares and become a center for the implementation of modern agricultural technologies and the development of innovative infrastructure.

Development of Industrial Sites and Logistics

The Horodenka City Council in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast supported the initiative of the company “GCZ 22”, which involves the creation of the “Pokuttya” industrial site based on the former sugar factory. The project aims to revive the industrial potential of the region.

At the same time, the Podilsk City Council in Odesa Oblast provided the company “Eco Solutions” with a land plot of 37.39 hectares for a 30-year lease for the development of the “Southern” industrial park.

“A new trend is emerging in the development of industrial parks – communities are starting consultations with future investors long before submitting documents for inclusion in the state register.”

In Vinnytsia Oblast, within the industrial site “VinIndustry”, the opening of a modern class “A” logistics center, FROST HUB Vinnytsia, is planned. The area of the new complex will reach 17,000 square meters, which will allow for the optimization of logistics processes and improve the region’s infrastructure.
