In 2024, the top ten companies in the construction sector achieved an impressive financial result, generating over ₴49 billion in revenue, which is 41% more than in 2023. The total profit of these industry leaders increased by 60%, reaching ₴3.09 billion.

The majority of the revenue comes from five companies specializing in road construction: this group accounted for 75% of the total revenue, amounting to ₴36.9 billion. Four other companies are engaged in the construction of residential and non-residential facilities, contributing 20% of the revenue, while one company in the ranking focuses on exploratory drilling.
Leaders of the Construction Industry Index
For the third consecutive year, the top three leaders of the Construction Industry Index remain unchanged. The absolute leader is the company “Avtomagistral-Pivden” from Odesa, which earned ₴13.2 billion last year, representing 27% of the total revenue of the leaders. This figure is 60% higher than the results of 2023, and the profit reached a record ₴1.36 billion.
In second place is the Vinnytsia company “Avtostrada,” which generated ₴10.8 billion in revenue (a 30% increase) and grew its profit by 60% to ₴74.6 million. The third position is held by the Odesa company “Rostdorstroy,” which increased its revenue by 15% to ₴6.85 billion, although its profit decreased by 25%.
Among other companies occupying the fourth and fifth positions are ONUR Construction International and Ateliers de France, respectively.
