A liquor and vodka factory in Lviv, operating since 1931 and known for producing strong alcoholic beverages, including vodka, liqueurs, tinctures, and vinegar, is up for sale. The enterprise employs 138 people, and the area of the real estate exceeds 20,000 sq. m. The property complex includes production workshops, warehouses, a distillery, and other facilities. The starting price of the factory is 164.194 million UAH, and applications for participation in the auction are accepted until November 30.

Sale of the State Share Package of the Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Plant
The State Property Fund has announced a new online auction on November 20 for the sale of over 97.5% of the shares of the “Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Plant” (ZAlK). The starting price for the lot is 75.93 million UAH (excluding VAT). The Fund highlights the significant areas of the enterprise’s premises and land plots as one of the main advantages for potential investors. The new owner will have the opportunity to use the property for business development or relocation.

The Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Plant has 1,497 units of real estate and infrastructure with a total area of over 370,929 sq. m, as well as 25 registered land plots covering more than 216 hectares.
