Auction for the Sale of Shares of the Rivne Radio Engineering Plant
The State Property Fund has announced a privatization auction for the sale of the state share in the enterprise “Rivne Radio Engineering Plant.” They are offering 50% +1 share, which amounts to over 22.4 million shares of the plant. The starting price of the lot is set at 60.8 million hryvnias. It is worth noting that during the previous auction held in July, the plant in Rivne was listed at an initial price of 121.56 million hryvnias.
Sale of an Industrial Complex in Kamianets-Podilskyi
In the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi, located in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, a large industrial complex is being sold for 1.8 million US dollars, which previously operated as an instrument manufacturing plant. The total area of the property is 32,485 square meters. The complex is situated on an industrial site of 4 hectares, which includes production, warehouse, and administrative buildings constructed between 1961 and 1979.
Until 2012, a plant for the production of control and regulation instruments for technological processes operated on this territory. Currently, the buildings remain unused, but the area has retained its asphalt surface, has a fence, and convenient access roads. Future owners will have access to an electrical capacity of 6,655 kW, as well as gas supply, central sewage, and the possibility of connecting to water supply.
