A new industrial park “Azortech” has been officially registered in the city of Andrushivka, Zhytomyr region, becoming the fourth such facility in the area. This park has already been included in the state Register of Industrial Parks, which currently lists 106 industrial sites across the country.

Potential of “Azortech”: Production and Jobs
The “Azortech” industrial park has been established for a period of 30 years on an area of 21.8 hectares. It is planned to host enterprises in the processing industry, particularly for the production of bioethanol, ready-made feeds, starch and starch products, as well as flour and cereals. Within the park, over 520 jobs will be created for local residents.
The total investment in the development of the industrial site will amount to approximately 838.76 million hryvnias, equivalent to $20.46 million. The initiator of the park’s establishment is the company “Azor-LTD”, which plans to invest $6.14 million of its own funds and also attract additional financing from other investors.

Development of Industrial Parks in the Region and Ukraine
Before “Azortech”, three industrial parks had already been registered in the Zhytomyr region: “Korosten”, “Zhytomyr-East”, and “Maryzhany”. Overall, the largest number of such parks in Ukraine is located in Lviv, Kyiv, and Transcarpathia. Significant development of industrial clusters is also observed in Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, and Chernivtsi regions.
