In 2025, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine supported the establishment of thirteen industrial parks, allocating over 900 million hryvnias for their development. Notably, the last decision of the year was the co-financing of the industrial park “City of Warehouses” in Kyiv region, which will receive 8.345 million hryvnias from the state for the construction of gas supply networks on its territory.

Key Recipients of State Support
In total, in 2025, the state allocated 697.771 million hryvnias for the implementation of 22 infrastructure projects in 13 industrial parks. Additionally, two more parks, for which decisions were made last year, received funding amounting to 202.91 million hryvnias.
Among the largest recipients of state funds:
- “Fruit Industry” (Bukovina) – 150 million hryvnias;
- “KIT” (Kyiv region) – 147.719 million hryvnias;
- “Dolina Stryi” (Lviv region) – 63.877 million hryvnias.
New Investment Projects in Khmelnytskyi Region
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine added the Art Pak Industrial park to the registry, which will be located in Khmelnytskyi region. On an area of over 10 hectares, it is planned to organize the production of paper products. It is expected that the volume of investments in this project will exceed 400 million hryvnias.
“In total, this year the Ministry of Economy approved the provision of state incentives to 13 parks for the implementation of 22 infrastructure projects amounting to ₴697.771 million. An additional ₴202.91 million in funding was received by two parks, decisions regarding which were made last year.”
Currently, there are already 115 industrial parks registered across Ukraine, indicating the growing attention of the state to the development of industrial infrastructure and attracting investments in the manufacturing sector.
