In Ukraine, two modern factories under the FP-Klinker brand are up for sale, located in the Zhytomyr and Chernihiv regions. The price for the facilities is $16 million. The enterprises specialize in the production of clinker and facing bricks, as well as 2 NF ceramic blocks, which are widely used for the construction of multi-story buildings, public and industrial facilities. The total production capacity of the two factories is 55 million conditional units of bricks per year.

The enterprise in the Chernihiv region produced 23 million bricks annually until February 2025. The factory is located on nearly 50 hectares and can quickly resume operations. The workforce consists of 112 employees.
