Two New Industrial Parks Established in Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr Regions with Investments Exceeding 1.8 Billion UAH

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to include two new facilities in the Register of Industrial Parks in Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr regions. These projects are expected to attract over 1.8 billion UAH in investments and create nearly a thousand new jobs in the regions.

Industrial Park “Ecological Initiatives” in Vinnytsia

The “Ecological Initiatives” industrial park has been opened in Vinnytsia, initiated by the company “Cardboard and Paper Factory Torgtehnika”. The area of the park exceeds 11 hectares, and the implementation of the project is expected to create over 340 jobs. The investment in this park is estimated at 1.08 billion UAH.

Enterprises operating within the park will specialize in the processing of waste paper, production of paper and cardboard, manufacturing of pulp and corrugated packaging, as well as logistics services.

New Industrial Site in Zhytomyr Region

Another industrial park, “Dionis Energy Eco Park,” is being created in Zhytomyr region. The initiator of this project is Dionis Biogas Energy. The area of the industrial zone is over 13.2 hectares, and the investments are estimated at 800 million UAH.

The park plans to host enterprises engaged in the production of biogas, bioethanol, bioplastics, generation of alternative energy, production of building materials, fertilizers, and food products. An important feature of the park is its focus on the implementation of eco-technologies and improving energy efficiency in production. It is expected that around 600 people will be able to work at the enterprises.

The commissioning of new industrial parks will contribute to the development of the regional economy, strengthen ecological initiatives, and create new employment opportunities for Ukrainians.
