Over more than three decades, from 1994 to the third quarter of 2025, BlackRock’s assets under management have grown from $0.05 trillion to $13.46 trillion. Following the onset of Russia’s full-scale aggression in December 2022, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held talks with Larry Fink and received assurances of support from the global business community. Final Agreements on BlackRock’s Participation in Reconstruction

On January 6, 2026, U.S. Special Envoy Steve Vitkoff announced the completion of the main security protocols for Ukraine following the meeting of the Coalition of Willing in Paris. According to him, the agreement on economic prosperity involving BlackRock is in the final stages of signing. Vitkoff emphasized that the collaboration between the U.S., investment funds, and the Ukrainian government will open unprecedented opportunities for the recovery of a country that has experienced a large-scale conflict and will serve as a unique case for the international community.
