Last week, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made a decision to include three more multifunctional industrial parks in the register. These are “Fursy” and “City of Actions”, as well as “Rokitne Eco Park”. The total investment in these projects exceeds 1.7 billion UAH, and their launch is expected to create over 1,400 new jobs.

New Industrial Parks in Kyiv and Lviv Regions
The industrial park “Fursy” is located in the Kyiv region and covers an area of over 11 hectares. Nearly 992 million UAH in investments will be attracted for the development of this location. Approximately 500 jobs are planned to be created here. The park will unite enterprises from various sectors: manufacturing of metal products, electrical equipment and machinery, food industry, as well as scientific and technical activities, IT, and telecommunications.
In the Lviv region, the industrial park “City of Actions” will soon begin operations, covering an area of over 21 hectares. The launch of this facility will allow for the creation of about 550 jobs. The investment volume will amount to 188.7 million UAH. The main areas of activity will include: production of building materials, woodworking, beverage and paper manufacturing, electronics, machine engineering, food industry, and alternative energy.
Industrial Park “Rokitne Eco Park” and General Statistics
Another new facility registered by the Cabinet is the industrial park “Rokitne Eco Park” in the Kyiv region. Its area exceeds 10 hectares. An investment of 540.4 million UAH is planned for the park’s launch, which will create 400 jobs. The priority areas of work here will be food production, building materials, agricultural product processing, and alternative energy.
Currently, the register of industrial parks includes 118 facilities.
