EBRD to allocate €50 million to Nova Poshta for modernization and infrastructure development

"Нова пошта" отримає €50 млн від ЄБРР на інвестиційні проєкти.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) plans to provide a loan of up to €50 million to Nova Poshta, one of the leaders in the postal and courier services market in Ukraine. The funding is aimed at implementing part of the capital investment program for 2025–2026, specifically to enhance the company’s operational efficiency and support its development strategy in challenging wartime conditions.

Key areas of the investment program

The funds are expected to be used for improving physical infrastructure, expanding and optimizing the branch network, as well as modernizing the company’s IT systems. Special attention will be given to enhancing energy management and restoring human capital. The total cost of the project is estimated at €69.1 million.

Scope of Nova Poshta’s operations and cooperation with EBRD

Nova Poshta has one of the largest networks in Ukraine, with over 12,000 branches and 27,000 parcel lockers, serving more than 11 million customers across the country each month. The planned project is already the fifth in the collaboration between the Nova group and the EBRD and is currently in the final stage of review, awaiting final approval.
