EFI Group has signed agreements with leading European equipment manufacturers for the construction of the first float glass factory in Ukraine, NovaSklo. The launch of this large-scale enterprise is planned for 2028, with investments exceeding €240 million.

International partnership for the NovaSklo project
As part of the NovaSklo project, cooperation agreements have been established with the German companies Horn Glass Industries AG and Zippe Industrieanlagen GmbH, as well as with the Italian company Bottero S.p.A. These agreements provide for comprehensive partnership in engineering, project support, and the development and manufacturing of specialized equipment for the new factory.
According to the agreements, Horn Glass Industries, Bottero, and Zippe will provide NovaSklo with a full range of engineering and project services. Among them are technical design, setup, and configuration of the equipment necessary for the construction of a modern glass factory.

Preparation for construction in the Kyiv region
Currently, EFI Group is actively preparing to begin construction work at the future factory site in the Kyiv region. Thanks to collaboration with leading international companies, NovaSklo is set to become the first enterprise in Ukraine to produce float glass using modern technologies that meet high European standards.
