Export Prospects and Bureaucratic Challenges

According to Shtilerman, Ukrainian manufacturers currently face significant bureaucratic hurdles in organizing the export of weapons, particularly to European countries. At the same time, he notes positive changes in this area and emphasizes the potential of entering the markets of “non-European countries.”

“We hope that this agreement will be signed in February,” said Shtilerman.

Fire Point is negotiating a model that involves the production of 3,000 FP-5 missiles: half will remain in the country of production, while the rest will be sent to Ukraine in exchange for permission to export technologies. The cost of one FP-5 is €600,000, and this missile has already proven itself as a high-tech product.

Plans for Ballistic Missile Production

Fire Point is currently building a factory for the production of solid-fuel engines in Denmark. This factory will supply components for both the FP-5 cruise missiles and the FP-7 and FP-9 ballistic missiles. The FP-7 missile has a working range of up to 200 km and can carry a payload of 150 kg, while the FP-9 is capable of flying up to 855 km with a payload of up to 800 kg.

It is expected that the FP-7 will be adopted into service by the end of the year, and the FP-9 by June 2026. The series production of ballistic missiles is one of the key directions for the further development of the company.
