EU Reaction and China’s Position
European officials have long been aware of the transfer of drones from China to Russia, even before relevant materials appeared in the media. In this regard, 15 EU member states have officially approached the Chinese government for an explanation of such actions. However, Beijing either denied its involvement in the supplies or left these inquiries unanswered.

In response, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs stated that the export of dual-use goods from India is carried out in accordance with the country’s international obligations regarding the non-proliferation of military technologies.
