Інвестиції у землю, елеватор та завод: з чого складається аграрний портфель OKKO Group?

OKKO Group is actively developing its agricultural portfolio, having signed a deal to purchase 17,000 hectares of land in the northern part of Ternopil region and the southern part of Rivne region. The company’s CEO, Vasyl Danylyak, noted:

This is reported by Business • Media

“This year we closed a deal for 17,000 hectares in the northern part of Ternopil region and the southern part of Rivne region. Currently, we have approximately 50,000 hectares under cultivation in total”

. This interest in the regions is driven by favorable natural and climatic conditions and high yield indicators.

Construction of the Elevator and New Plant

The company is also completing the construction of a 60,000-ton storage capacity elevator, which will be an important milestone in its agricultural development. The launch of the plant, scheduled for the summer of 2025, will be the next step in expanding their production capacities.

Partnership and Future Plans

An additional component of OKKO’s agricultural portfolio is its collaboration with the enterprise “Gazagro” in Ternopil region, which cultivates 26,000 hectares of land and has about 10,000 heads of cattle. This farm is one of the largest horticultural enterprises in Ukraine, although OKKO has decided not to integrate the part of the business related to horticulture.

Furthermore, OKKO plans to launch a bioethanol plant in the third quarter of 2026. Investments in this project are estimated at 110 million euros.
