Capacity and Development Stages of the New Hub

The facility, located 20 kilometers from Odesa near the Kyiv highway, will have a simultaneous storage capacity of up to 30,000 tons of fertilizers. Over the next three years, the storage capacity is planned to be increased to 100,000 tons. By the first stage, by May 2026, the hub will operate as a center for receiving, packaging, and logistical processing of mineral fertilizers, and in the future, it will expand into a full-fledged production complex.

International Cooperation and Strategic Importance

The project is being implemented in partnership with the international company Timac Agro, which is part of the French group Groupe Roullier. In Ukraine, the subsidiary Timac Agro Ukraine is actively involved in supplying fertilizers and biostimulants for agriculture. Thanks to its advantageous location, the hub will ensure efficient connections with the main seaports of Odesa region, optimizing logistical operations for the agricultural sector.

“The import and further processing of mineral fertilizers is one of the key growth niches for the Ukrainian economy. It strengthens the country’s food security and minimizes the impact of the aggressor on our agricultural sector,” notes Global Ocean Link.
