OKKO масштабує агробізнес: купує ще одну агрокомпанію та будує біоетанольний завод.

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has allowed Vi.An Holding Limited (Cyprus), owned by Vitaliy Antonov, the founder of OKKO Group, to gain control over the agricultural enterprise Kairos Holding. OKKO Group emphasized that this decision fully aligns with the strategy of expanding the agricultural sector of the holding, particularly regarding the increase of its land bank.

Expansion of Land Bank and Partnerships

OKKO shows particular interest in the Ternopil and Rivne regions, where the land bank of Kairos Holding is located. This choice is explained by the favorable natural and climatic characteristics of the regions and their high yield compared to other parts of Ukraine. An important component of OKKO’s agricultural portfolio remains the partnership with the company Hadz-Agro in Ternopil, with which the group is actively developing agricultural production.

Investments in Production Infrastructure

At the same time, OKKO is completing the construction of a modern elevator for storing 60,000 tons of grain. The construction of a bioethanol plant with a capacity of 85,000 tons per year is also underway, with its launch scheduled for the second half of 2026. Through these investments, the group is strengthening its position in the agricultural products and biofuel market.

Kairos Holding specializes in the cultivation of grains, legumes, and oilseeds, organizing construction, mediating in the trade of various goods, as well as wholesale trade in fuel in various aggregate states.

OKKO Group noted that this acquisition is a logical continuation of the group’s strategy for developing the agricultural sector, particularly the expansion of its land bank.
