One of the leading manufacturers of metal roofing and profiled sheets in Ukraine, Tile, has made an investment of €10 million to establish a modern oil refining plant in the Lviv region. The company’s owners, Yuriy Shkvarok and Andriy Tsymbalyak, decided to expand their operations by launching an agro-processing direction during this challenging wartime period.

Business Expansion and Support for Domestic Production
The new facility will feature the exclusive use of equipment manufactured in Ukrainian factories: the refining line will be produced in Chernihiv, the boiler house in Odesa, the bottling line in Cherkasy, the storage tanks and filling installation in Dnipro, and the silos in Lubny. The entrepreneurs also announced the start of construction of another plant in Kremenchuk, Poltava region.
“The plant will operate entirely on equipment produced in Ukraine: the refining line will be made in Chernihiv, the boiler house in Odesa, the bottling line in Cherkasy, the storage tanks and filling installation in Dnipro, and the silos in Lubny. The entrepreneurs are currently building another plant in Kremenchuk (Poltava region).”
Company Profile of Tile and Financial Results
Tile was founded in 2009 in the Lviv region and specializes in the production of steel roofing materials, building materials for exterior finishing, facade work, and the construction of fences and industrial complexes. The product range includes over 15 types, manufactured on 25 production lines.
In 2024, Tile increased its revenue by 19.6%, reaching 820.51 million UAH. However, the company’s net profit decreased by approximately 47%, amounting to 10.16 million UAH.
