In Lviv, the construction of a new shopping and entertainment center, Infiniti Plaza, will start in 2025, with plans to open it in the first half of 2028. The project includes five floors, with the first three occupied by stores of popular retail chains, cafes, restaurants, a cinema, and a children’s entertainment center. The fourth and fifth floors will house an educational hub, a modern media library, and coworking spaces. A two-level underground parking garage for 340 cars is also planned for visitors.

Revival of the retail real estate market
Experts note that despite the state of war, the retail real estate market is gradually regaining its footing. According to them, rental rates and vacancy levels in 2025 remain at the same level as last year. While the industry as a whole has not yet returned to pre-war figures, some shopping centers have already achieved results characteristic of 2021 and even 2019.
“This year, 11 new shopping centers will open in Ukraine (a figure not seen since 2014). If the pace of construction continues, the market will reach the levels of 2008-2009 by 2026-2027.”
New opportunities for Ukrainian brands
Alongside the development of retail real estate, Ukrainian companies are expanding their presence in the international market. In particular, the clothing brand “Aviation of Galicia,” which has been operating for ten years and has four production sites, recently opened its first store outside the country – in London.
