Start of Preparatory Works and Concept Update
As reported by the company’s director, Serhiy Pylypenko, before the onset of the full-scale war, “Kovalska” had all the necessary permits to begin the construction of the first two office buildings. However, due to objective circumstances, the project’s implementation had to be temporarily suspended. During this time, the company improved the project solutions and also purchased the full stake in the project, becoming the sole contractor for the construction, instead of the previous 50% participation.
“We plan to bring the project to market approximately next year. The concept has been refined, but it remains the same – mixed-use office spaces with a portion of apartments and a hotel. We plan to start construction work in 2026. This does not mean that we will immediately bring the project to market, but we will begin preparatory works on the site so that we can offer a finished product to the market at the right moment,” Pylypenko said.
NUVO Will Become a Modern Eco-Friendly Space
According to the company, NUVO will remain a multifunctional complex with modern office spaces, apartments, and a hotel. At the same time, special attention will be paid to the project’s environmental sustainability and a socially oriented approach to space organization.
