Одеська машинобудівна компанія запустила завод із перероблювання круп в Естонії.

The Ukrainian engineering company ‘Olys’ from Odesa has successfully launched a new grain processing plant in the city of Leibre, Estonia. This is a significant step towards expanding exports and developing production capacities outside Ukraine. The new plant is designed to process 24 tons of grain daily and operates using the modern ‘Optimatik-G-24’ technology, which allows for the processing of buckwheat and the production of grain kernels used in the food industry.

Features and Technologies of the New Production

The equipment for the plant was adapted to the architectural features of the client’s premises and is equipped with multi-format packaging. The production of the equipment was carried out under the state lending program ‘5-7-9’, which helped optimize financial costs. According to representatives of ‘Olys’, they produce over 200 types of equipment for grain processing — from cleaning and quality control of grain to flour and groats production.

Company ‘Olys’: Scale and International Activities

The capacity of the grain mills designed and installed by ‘Olys’ ranges from 15 to 300 tons per day. The export share in product sales is 25%, indicating a high level of international demand. The level of localization in production is about 75%, and the new plant employs 211 staff members. This confirms the efforts of the Ukrainian company to develop the manufacturing sector and enter the international market with competitive products.
