New Openings by Varus, «Silpo» and CCC
A new Varus supermarket has opened in the village of Lymanka in the Odesa region. The store features modern design, convenient layout, and a wide assortment of products for everyday needs and special occasions.
The «Silpo» chain has expanded its presence in Kyiv by launching a supermarket covering 1,948 square meters in the residential complex «Novopecherski Lypky». The three-story store is designed in a style inspired by the history of Lypky — one of the oldest districts in the capital. Previously, the chain operated a 500-square-meter store in the Pechersk district, but the company decided that this was insufficient to serve such a large area.
A new store of the international chain CCC, specializing in footwear, has opened in the Hollywood Mall shopping center in Chernihiv. The store covers an area of 583 square meters, allowing for a wide selection of models for various age categories.
Athletics Reduces Operations Due to Market Difficulties
At the same time, the sports retailer Athletics has announced the scaling back of its operations in Ukraine. The reasons for this decision are economic and logistical difficulties. Currently, the chain has 29 stores in 15 cities across the country. Some locations in shopping centers are planned to be quickly handed over to new tenants.
