According to the Polish Ministry of Internal Affairs, in 2024, foreigners purchased 17,330 apartments in Poland with a total area of over 1 million square meters, which is a 20% increase compared to the previous year. The most active buyers were Ukrainians, as well as Belarusians and Germans. Transactions involving Ukrainian citizens accounted for more than half of all transactions by foreign buyers — 9,162 apartments, indicating a steady increase in demand from their side.
