The investment cost for the project is €280 million, and the new factory in Lviv will become part of the company’s global manufacturing network, which includes over 210 factories in more than 80 countries worldwide. The project includes the creation of workshops for the production of metal profiles, components, mineral wool panels, and also beams. Additionally, there are plans to equip rest areas for employees and other necessary production facilities. Special attention is being paid to safety — a radiation shelter for 455 people will be constructed.
New Textile Factory in Chernihiv
A new textile factory is also expected to open in Chernihiv, for which the “Textile-Contact” group has purchased equipment from Poland. The transportation of the equipment was delayed due to border blockades by farmers last year, which resulted in a 400% increase in transportation costs. Currently, 65 trucks with equipment have been delivered to Ukraine, part of which has already been installed. Preparation of the premises for the factory is ongoing in an area of over 7,000 square meters.
