The State Property Fund of Ukraine held an auction where the state enterprise “Spetsagro” in central Kyiv was privatized for 49 million UAH. The winner of the bidding was the company “Best Format Plus,” owned by Yevhen Bohuslavskyi. The initial price of the lot was 4.98 million UAH, but ultimately the sale amount increased tenfold. Including value-added tax, the winner must pay a total of 58.8 million UAH. The assets of “Spetsagro” include 36 real estate and infrastructure objects located in Kyiv and Zhytomyr.

Sale of a gas station in Slavutych
Shortly before this, the State Property Fund organized an online auction for the privatization of a gas station in the city of Slavutych, Kyiv region. The gas station, covering an area of 114.2 square meters, is designed to service 500 vehicles. The highest bid of 1.75 million UAH was made by Serhiy Barinov. The initial price of the object was only 13,870 UAH. The winner must also pay 350,000 UAH in VAT, so the total economic effect will exceed 2.1 million UAH.
A bread production business in Lviv region is up for sale
A ready-made business for the production of bread and confectionery products is for sale in Lviv region. The price of the object is 1.5 million USD. The enterprise has its own retail network with 18 stores and 5 franchised outlets. The company’s products are supplied both to its own stores and to wholesale clients. The annual turnover of the production reaches 70 million UAH, with a net profit of 4–5.5 million UAH. The retail network provides an annual turnover of 50 million UAH with a net profit of 5–6 million UAH. For daily deliveries across the entire network, the company uses its own fleet of ten refrigerated trucks.
