In 2024, the volume of construction work in Ukraine increased by 15.5%, reaching 204.7 billion hryvnias, indicating an activation of the construction industry. The most significant growth was observed in the non-residential construction sector, particularly in commercial real estate. This year, over 500,000 square meters of new retail space were put into operation, while an additional 768,500 square meters are under construction.
