Since the beginning of 2025, 4,113 new companies have joined the list of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation, while 3,228 enterprises have lost this status. As of now, there are 8,882 companies in the so-called ‘White Business Club’ — 885 more than at the beginning of the year.

Structure and Geography of Club Participants
Among the club participants, six companies are in the process of liquidation, one is undergoing bankruptcy proceedings, and another has an open tax case due to debt. It is worth noting that at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 37 participant companies had Russian owners.
By type of activity, 22% of club participants operate in wholesale and retail trade or engage in vehicle repair. The share of the manufacturing industry is 16%, agriculture, forestry, and fishing account for 14%, real estate operations make up 8%, and administrative services represent 7%.
Leaders by Revenue and Regions
The largest number of club participants is concentrated in Kyiv — 25% of all companies on the list are registered here. A significant share of companies is also represented in Dnipropetrovsk (9%), Kyiv (7%), Lviv (7%), and Kharkiv (5%) regions.
Among the leading companies by revenue in 2024 are:
- “Ukrhydroenergo” — 54.2 billion UAH
- Petrol Partner (WOG gas station network) — 49.1 billion UAH
- “Roshen” — 37.4 billion UAH
