The Ministry of Digital Transformation, together with the Ukrainian Startup Fund, has announced the start of the selection process for eight innovative startups that will represent Ukraine at the prestigious Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026 in Las Vegas, USA. This year, Ukraine will join the Global Pavilions for the first time — a special area where countries showcase their technological ecosystems to a global audience.

Criteria for Ukrainian Startups
Startups considered for selection must meet the following conditions:
- Founded no earlier than 2019, currently lacking sustainable revenue or having only initial small sales.
- Have received funding in the form of grants or seed investments.
- Develop their own technologies or solutions with the potential for scaling to global markets.
- Have a ready prototype or working sample of the product.
Expanded Delegation and International Achievements
At the same time, the company DroneUA is forming another group of eight startups that already have experience in international markets to participate as part of the Ukrainian delegation at CES 2026.
The successes of Ukrainians on the global stage continue to grow. The American startup Fireworks AI, which has two Ukrainians among its co-founders, recently raised $250 million and achieved a company valuation of $4 billion.
The company provides developers with virtual access to modern chips for launching open-source artificial intelligence models. The new investments will be directed towards expanding the startup’s team by over 150 specialists.
Fireworks AI’s revenue over the past year exceeded $280 million, highlighting the significant potential of Ukrainian specialists in the high-tech sector.
