The State Property Fund is selling a distillery in the Ternopil region for 162 million hryvnias

The State Property Fund has announced a second auction for the sale of the sole property complex of the state enterprise “Zarubynskyi Distillery” in Ternopil region. The starting price of the object is 162.18 million hryvnias, which is 60 million hryvnias less than the previous price. The plant specializes in the production of spirits, including those used as fuel or fuel components, such as bioethanol.

In the first quarter of 2025, the State Property Fund of Ukraine successfully conducted 130 small privatization auctions, which is 13.8% more compared to the same period in 2024. The total amount of bids submitted by participants exceeded 404.9 million hryvnias.

In the second quarter of 2025, it is planned to put 168 small privatization objects up for online auctions, with a total value of over 749 million hryvnias. Among the lots will be two large privatization objects: “Sumykhimprom” and the construction company “Ukrbud”.

Upcoming Auctions and Lots

From April 28 to May 2, 2025, the State Property Fund plans to hold 24 privatization auctions. Among the lots are the “Kharkiv Research and Design Institute of Land Management,” located in Kharkiv, as well as a sports complex building in Kirovohrad region and a separate transmitting radio station with property in Zhytomyr region.

“Overall, in 2025, we plan to actively sell state-owned assets to attract investments and improve the efficiency of property management,” notes a representative of the State Property Fund.
