Strategy for Building Bitcoin Reserves

Following the investment round, Amdax is ready to initiate a Bitcoin purchasing program. It is known that in October 2025, Bitcoin reached an all-time high, exceeding $125,000 per coin. This creates favorable conditions for forming a substantial corporate reserve in this cryptocurrency.

“Closing this round is an important milestone for us. We are moving forward with our Bitcoin strategy, aiming to provide investors with transparent access to this unique asset class,” said Lukas Wensing, co-founder and CEO of AMBTS.

Amdax previously announced its intention to control up to 1% of the total circulating supply of Bitcoin through the AMBTS company. This approach could make Amdax the second-largest corporate holder of Bitcoin in the world.

AMBTS Among Leaders in Corporate Bitcoin Investments

By the end of August 2025, AMBTS had already raised €20 million in the first part of its funding round, with the final investment amount reaching €30 million in September. The company plans to use all the funds exclusively for purchasing Bitcoin, confirming its strategic focus on building reserves in this crypto asset.

AMBTS joins leading companies that already hold a portion of their reserves in Bitcoin. Among these companies are the Dutch Treasury, supported by the Winklevoss twins, the American Strive, backed by former U.S. presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, and Strategy, founded by well-known crypto enthusiast Michael Saylor.
