In 2024, over 2000 Ukrainian officials and entrepreneurs reported their digital assets, among which 2803 ETH were identified. This indicates the growing popularity of cryptocurrencies among civil servants, according to an analysis conducted by Incrypted.

Top 10 Ethereum Holders in Ukraine

In 2024, more than 2000 digital assets were declared in Ukraine, with the total amount of declared ETH reaching nearly $4.4 million at the current exchange rate. The Incrypted team identified ten individuals with the highest amounts of ETH in their declarations.

The leader among Ethereum holders is Oleksandr Kizlyar, a deputy of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council, who declared 1000 ETH. Of these, 600 ETH belong personally to him, while 400 ETH belong to his wife, Valentyna Kizlyar. The entire asset volume is stored on Trust Wallet, and he purchased his first ETH in January 2015.

Other Notable Declarants

In second place in the ranking is Serhiy Maizel, director of LLC “Investment Union ‘Lybid'”, who declared 200 ETH, equivalent to approximately $363,000. These assets were acquired in December 2017 and are stored on the Binance exchange.

Third place went to Oleksandr Pustovoyt, director of LLC “Unified Calculation Center”, who declared 168 ETH worth about $305,000, purchased in December 2024. Information about the platform where his assets are stored has not been disclosed.

It is worth noting that the stablecoin USDT has become the most popular crypto asset listed in the declarations. Its total amount is nearly $6.5 million.

Additionally, 573 BTC were declared, of which 100 BTC belong to Oleksandr Kizlyar.
