Purpose and Significance of Unchained Summit
The Unchained Summit will serve as a key platform for collaboration between international players in the digital asset market and representatives of the Vietnamese economy, including regulators, the technology sector, and businesses. The event aims to strengthen Vietnam’s position as a leader in the adoption of digital currencies and the development of the Web3 ecosystem. According to the organizers, over 20 million citizens in the country own cryptocurrency, and the government is actively shaping the regulatory framework for the development of blockchain technologies and digital finance.
The official signing ceremony of the memorandum for the summit took place on February 25, 2026, at the Da Nang Administrative Center, attended by Deputy Chairman of the People’s Committee Ho Quang Buu. During the event, additional agreements were also signed with several industry and private partners, demonstrating broad support from local authorities and businesses.

Program, Participants, and Partners
Over the two days of the Unchained Summit, more than 1,000 participants and over 50 speakers are expected. Among the guests are developers, founders of Web3 projects, representatives from venture capital, technology companies, and regulatory bodies. Confirmed speakers include Jacob Robert Steves (CEO of Bittensor), Kevin Lee (Chief Business Officer at Gate), Daryl Lim (General Partner at Trive), and Justin Kim (Head of Asia at Ava Labs). The full list of speakers will be published by the organizers in stages.
To strengthen collaboration with key industry players, additional memorandums have been signed with the Vietnam Blockchain Association and Open Campus, as well as a separate agreement with Liquid Loans. Event partners include Liquid Loans (silver sponsor), BlockchainX (bronze sponsor), Coin Edition (official media partner), Open Campus, and the Vietnam Blockchain Association.
