One-bedroom apartments in the secondary market in Ukraine showed a trend of increasing prices in most regions in March. Compared to February, the largest increase in offers was noted in Kharkiv, Poltava, and Khmelnytskyi regions, although buyer interest continues to decline.

In particular, there is a significant decrease in demand for housing in Transcarpathia (-19%), Zaporizhia (-16%), Mykolaiv (-13%), Dnipropetrovsk (-12%), and Lviv (-9%) regions.
Despite this, the most noticeable price increase was recorded in Chernivtsi region (+8%) and Lviv (+4%). In Transcarpathia, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, and Kharkiv regions, prices rose by 3%. At the same time, the cost of secondary housing in Volyn and Kherson decreased by 4%.
The highest prices for one-bedroom apartments are observed in the following regions: Kyiv – $90.37, Lviv – $73,508 (+4%), Transcarpathia – $69,691 (+3%), Vinnytsia – $56,743 (+2%), and Chernivtsi – $54,083 (+8%). As for the primary market, the average cost per square meter increased by 1-2% in most regions. The highest prices are in: Kyiv – $1,358 per square meter, Transcarpathia – $1,137, Lviv region – $1,076, Kirovohrad region – $1,059, and Dnipropetrovsk region – $1,058.
