Real Estate Prices in the Secondary Market in Ukraine Increased in All Regions

У першому кварталі ціни на вторинному ринку житлової нерухомості в Україні зростали в усіх регіонах.

According to the specialized portal LUN, in the first quarter of 2025, prices in the secondary market of residential real estate in Ukraine showed growth across all regions of the country.

One-Bedroom Apartments: Uzhhorod Takes the Lead

In the one-bedroom apartment segment, the capital city of Kyiv ranked second, falling behind Uzhhorod, where the average price of a one-bedroom apartment increased by 16% over six months, reaching $64,000. In Kyiv, prices rose by 5% and, at the beginning of April, stand at $63,000. Lviv, on the other hand, demonstrates stability: the average price of one-bedroom apartments in the city remains at $65,000.

Two-Bedroom and Three-Bedroom Apartments: Capital’s Leadership

In the two-bedroom apartment segment, the capital maintains its lead, as prices increased by 8% over six months, reaching the psychological mark of $100,000. Lviv ranks second, with the average price rising by 4% to $92,500, while Uzhhorod comes in third, where two-bedroom apartments have increased by a record 14%, approaching $90,000.

As for three-bedroom apartments, the capital leads this segment with a price of $148,000, which is 10% higher compared to the previous six months. Lviv holds the second position with an average price of $113,000, while Uzhhorod is in third place with a price of $105,000.
