Last week, the State Property Fund of Ukraine held nine successful privatization auctions, resulting in a total of ₴28.89 million in winning bids. The significant increase in the prices of privatization objects is impressive — it amounts to 69.11 times.

Most Expensive Objects of the Week
The most expensive object of the week was
“Scientific and Technical Center ‘Plasmotron’ of the E. Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine”
in Kyiv, which attracted 19 participants. This competition led to a substantial increase in the lot’s value — from ₴65,500 to ₴16 million.
There was also considerable interest among investors in the economic complex in Kirovohrad region, which was sold for ₴11.2 million.
Planned Auctions and Return of Objects
This week, 18 privatization auctions are scheduled. Among the lots are
“Chernivtsi Radio Technical Plant”
and
“Center for International Programs of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine”
in Kyiv.
Additionally, due to non-fulfillment of privatization conditions, specifically unpaid debts, the
Rivne Automobile Repair Plant
, which was previously part of Ukroboronprom, was returned to state ownership by court decision.
At the same time, Afina Group confirmed its interest in participating in the privatization auction for the
“Vinnytsiapobutkhim”
plant, the facilities of which have been used in the company’s production chain for the past two years.
