The enterprise is among the leading producers of building bricks in the region and has many years of experience in the market. The main consumers of the products are construction companies from the Kyiv and Cherkasy regions.
In the Lviv region, investors are offered a mineral water production business for $300,000. The enterprise has been operating since 1999 and produces both sparkling and still water under the brand name “Pidbuzka,” which is well-known in the local market. The manufacturer independently organizes the delivery of goods to wholesale buyers and partner stores and has agreements with regional grocery chains. According to the owner, the gross income of the business is about 1 million UAH per month.

Hotel Complexes in the Carpathians

It was built in 2023. Over the past year, the gross income of the property reached $166,000 with operating expenses at 30-35%.
