Causes and Consequences of Delays in VAT Refunds
According to the Ukrainian State Tax Service, the volume of VAT refunds in 2024 increased by 19% to 157.2 billion UAH; however, the process is still accompanied by numerous risks and obstacles. Exporting enterprises are particularly dependent on the timely reimbursement of this tax, as it is a crucial part of their working capital.
