A gravel quarry along with a granite plant is up for sale in the Zhytomyr region, with an estimated price of $3 million. The enterprise, known as the “Raikivsky Granite Plant,” has significant raw material reserves—approximately 20 million tons—and occupies an area of 23 hectares.

Features of the Enterprise and Production Capabilities
The plant possesses all the necessary infrastructure for organizing the extraction and processing of raw materials. The enterprise holds an official license for the extraction and processing of materials, including gravel, rubble stone, and gravel-sand mixtures. Its own fleet is used for transporting products. An important logistical advantage is its proximity to a railway station, which greatly simplifies the shipment of finished products to customers.

Other Privatization Objects in the Region
In addition to the sale of the gravel extraction enterprise, another privatization auction recently took place in the Zhytomyr region. The State Property Fund sold the “Ukrainian State Institute for the Design of Fisheries and Industry Enterprises ‘Ukrrybproekt.'” The auction winner offered ₴61.1 million for the lot and will additionally pay ₴12.2 million in VAT. Eleven participants took part in the bidding, which allowed the initial price of the lot to increase by 710%. The highest bid was made by the company SF Ukraine Properties.
