The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a new procedure for implementing the “Grants for Processing Enterprises” program, expanding its capabilities for companies affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. From now on, Ukrainian processing enterprises have the chance to receive up to 16 million UAH for the restoration of production capacities damaged as a result of Russian attacks. The funds can be directed towards the purchase, delivery, and installation of modern equipment, which will allow the restoration of the production process, create new jobs, and launch additional production lines to ensure the sustainable development of the industry.

Participation Conditions and Co-Financing Details
The grant is provided under co-financing conditions: the state covers 80% of the project cost, while the enterprise must contribute 20% of its own funds. Thus, to receive the maximum amount of funding, namely 16 million UAH, the company must ensure its own contribution of at least 4 million UAH.
Additional Opportunities for Farmers and New Funding Directions
The program update also includes an expansion of the target audience. Now, enterprises that grow perennial crops and are registered in the State Agricultural Register can receive grants for the purchase of equipment for post-harvest processing of agricultural products. Additionally, grant funds can be used for the acquisition of intangible assets, such as conducting research necessary for launching new types of products into mass production.
“The introduced changes will allow enterprises to restore lost capacities, create new jobs, launch additional production lines, and ensure stable development.”
