The Ukrainian transport and logistics market continues to actively recover, despite the ongoing military actions and significant destruction of infrastructure. As of early October 2025, there are 260,400 companies and individual entrepreneurs operating in Ukraine specializing in logistics.

Increase in the Number of Companies and Individual Entrepreneurs in Logistics
Throughout 2025, there has been a steady increase in the number of logistics companies, although the growth rate has somewhat slowed compared to the previous year. By the end of September, there were over 69,500 legal entities in this sector. At the same time, the number of individual entrepreneurs in the industry at the end of the third quarter of 2025 was approximately 190,000. Notably, in the third quarter, there was a doubling of new registrations of individual entrepreneurs compared to the same period in 2024 – an increase of 8,262 entrepreneurs.
Geographical Concentration and Financial Results of Industry Leaders
The logistics sector covers all regions of the country, but the largest number of companies and individual entrepreneurs is concentrated in Kyiv (35,000), Dnipropetrovsk region (about 18,900), and Odesa region (18,300). In 2024, the fifteen largest companies in the sector collectively generated revenues of 233.6 billion UAH. The leader remains “Ukrzaliznytsia” with a revenue of 108.1 billion UAH, which is 20.5% more than in 2021. In second place is “Nova Poshta” with 48.5 billion UAH (+100%), and in third place is “Ukrposhta” with 13.6 billion UAH (+16.2%).
