The Vitagro group of companies has announced a large-scale investment in the development of the new ABC Hub industrial park in the Khmelnytskyi region. Construction is set to begin in the second half of 2025, with production facilities expected to launch in 2028.

ABC Hub: an innovative agro-processing center
The park, covering an area of 11 hectares, will host enterprises for the processing of agricultural raw materials, food production, and packaging manufacturing. There are also plans to build warehouse complexes, research centers, laboratories, logistics infrastructure, and retail facilities. The total investment in the project amounts to ₴1.65 billion. In the first phase, Vitagro plans to invest ₴127 million of its own funds in preparatory work.
“ABC Hub is set to become a center for modern production and a platform for implementing innovations, developing local talent, and creating a stable economy in the region. We aim to create a space where environmental responsibility aligns with industrial efficiency,” Vitagro stated.
Economic impact and new jobs
According to project estimates, at least 350 new jobs will be created at ABC Hub. It is expected that the annual gross domestic product generated by the park will initially reach ₴6.9 billion and could grow to ₴13.7 billion by 2033.
