The house was designed by architect Luigi Vietti in the 1970s in a traditional Mediterranean style. Previously, the villa belonged to Henry Ford II and Sheikh Ahmed Zaki Yamani, the former Minister of Oil of Saudi Arabia.
Residential Real Estate Market
According to preliminary estimates, the transaction amount is the highest in the residential real estate sector both in Sardinia and in Italy as a whole. As noted by the publication L’Union Sarda, Blumer frequently visits Costa Smeralda and is rumored to be in a romantic relationship with someone living in Olbia.
