Elon Musk, billionaire and owner of company X, has announced plans to apply the chat bot Grok 3.5 to enhance and update the body of human knowledge. According to him, the new version of artificial intelligence will be capable of not only improving existing information but also supplementing it with missing data and correcting existing errors.

Grok 3.5: New Capabilities and Approach to Data
Musk emphasized that Grok 3.5 will receive “enhanced reasoning mechanisms,” allowing the model to analyze and sort information more deeply. Special attention is given to the removal of so-called “garbage” data, which often occurs in large language models trained on unrefined sources.
We will use Grok 3.5 (maybe we should call it 4), which has advanced reasoning, to rewrite the entire corpus of human knowledge, adding missing information and deleting errors. Then retrain on that. Far too much garbage in any foundation model trained on uncorrected data.
After updating and cleansing the information corpus, xAI plans to retrain Grok on new, higher-quality data. This is expected to significantly improve the accuracy and relevance of the system’s responses.
Possible Rebranding and New Features for Grok
Elon Musk also did not rule out that the updated version could receive a new name—Grok 4—as the functional capabilities of the AI system will be significantly expanded. Additionally, Grok recently acquired the Grok Vision feature, which allows it to analyze images from smartphones and answer questions about products, documents, and various labels.
The updates to Grok 3.5 and further improvements in data filtering are expected to set a new quality standard for artificial intelligence and significantly enhance the benefits of such systems for humanity.
