A 22-year-old medical student from Northern India has developed a unique way to earn money by creating a fictional nurse girlfriend using artificial intelligence. His character quickly gained popularity among the conservative audience in the U.S., allowing the student to earn thousands of dollars each month from subscribers and content sales on platforms like Fanvue.

How Artificial Intelligence Helped Find a Profitable Niche
The student initially tried posting regular images of “attractive girls,” but they did not yield the desired effect. Turning to Google Gemini for advice, he received a recommendation to create content for a niche audience. The MAGA (Make America Great Again) niche was identified as promising due to lower competition and higher user interest.
“If you create a standard ‘hot girl,’ you will be competing with a million other models,” the AI wrote.
Thus, nurse Emily Hart was born—a character created based on Hollywood templates and tailored to the interests of a conservative audience. The content combined everyday life moments with sharp political themes: Christianity, gun ownership, immigration issues, and criticism of liberal views. As a result, the account quickly “blew up” social media algorithms, garnering millions of views for each post.
Monetizing Content and Audience Reaction
Within a month, Emily Hart’s page gathered over 10,000 followers, some of whom subscribed to paid memberships or purchased exclusive content. Revenue came not only from subscriptions but also from selling merchandise with political slogans. The student spent up to an hour a day on the project and earned “several thousand dollars a month.”
Eventually, he began using additional AI tools, such as Grok, to create even more provocative and personalized content. Subscriber engagement increased, with them leaving generous tips and even sending video responses.
“I essentially did nothing—and I was just flooded with money,” he says.
Most users were not concerned about whether the character was real. Some even sent specific video content, indicating a high level of audience engagement. Experts emphasize that the use of generative AI makes fake accounts increasingly realistic, and social media actively promotes niche and provocative content.
Despite platform requirements to label AI content, these rules are often ignored, allowing similar projects to grow and monetize quickly. The student does not consider his activities to be fraudulent, as subscribers voluntarily paid for the materials they enjoyed. Ultimately, he decided to halt the project and focus on his studies.
